Hmmm

Thanks. I might do it to the rear also but with mor protection on the sides too.

Also started on the cage. Itll be slow and for now just a roll bar setup but will eventually turn into something like chris'( adding a lil at a time)

yep and I sold it for $100 :D

I havent touched it in about a month, work and school keep getting in the way

Logic denotes that I should sell my K5, and use the cash for an economical 4-door.
But... I am one illogical SOB, sometimes...

Cage looks great Dan!
What material? :dunno:

If one of you bender-owners wants to bend me up the "main section" of a cage,
I'd gladly pay... :deal:

Haha i lucked out with my s10 and my gfs frontier so i get to keep my k5 lol

As for material, I couldnt say. Its Norcal kids old cage that im reusing but altering to fit

My boss bought the pipe bender from HF which has me thinking of getting a die and modifying it to do tube.

The b-hoop is the stock '73 "roll bar" which from what I can tell is .12 wall 2" HREW. The a-pillars were a smittybilt weld on kit for a 73+ so I am not sure if he is going to use them. The rest is 1.75" .12 wall HREW with a bunch of dumb kid welding thrown in
