Blazer Bash 2012 OFFICIAL trail runs - trail leader volunteers needed

:dunno: You have a short memory. I did lead Steel Bender on Saturday. Besides, other than a broken tail light on the trailer, nothing broke on my rig.

I haven't sat down to figure out the trail leader situation yet, but I'll definitely be in touch. :deal:

Another idea with the wife and kids is to go on rides with other folks bringing the wife and kids, specifically Scott and Stacy ( ssyork) they always seem to have something for the kids to do!

I take the wife and kids on every trail, except they didn't go on the Trifecta but thats cause we had a 3 month old with us, this year Kristle plans on picking one trail and driving the whole thing. I get to drive the rest of em

I have had my daughter in Moab every year of her life. That being said, she does fine. We have ran, Hells revenge, Kane Creek, The Trifecta, Steel Bender, Top of The world to name a few. She does fine. My son is 2 and his first first trip to Moab occurred when he was 4 months old. He did fine. He has been twice since then...

It can be very fun. Lots of lizards to catch, lots of dirt, awesome hills for toy trucks, etc. Most places you will stay at have pools. Town is fun and has cool stores, and there is a really awesome park where all the playground equipment makes music... If the wheeling gets old, then spend a day in town... I am willing to bet the views, toys, etc... will keep em all happy...

Just gotta bring their trucks so they can show us how it is done. Here is ssyork and clinta's kids

Or just let them drive too

It is always nice to have other kids and wives around. Kids always amaze me at how instantly they are friends and playing away with no worries. Also it is nice to have other parents around that are used to looking out for kids. I in no way expect others to watch mine, but kids will be kids. We have talks with ours almost every time we go out that if another adult tells them to stop, move or anything they better do it, and they are not in trouble. Its about staying safe so we can all go out to eat at the end of they day! Looking forward to BB already:waytogo:

as always, any help you need, I am able to lend a hand, I should be in the 4runner this year.

The runner is my wifes, so we'll see how much driving I do.

And i'll have the boy with us again, he'll be about 18 months.

Man, already growing up! Had to believe it's been 18 months already.

My kids b days are in may and june. So we are doing them in south Dakota in early june per their request. Just saying........

I told Bailey you guys were going to SD ( she remembered who you were) for your kids birthday, she looked at me and very thoughtfully said, we should do that too, I want my party to be in South Dakota:haha::haha::haha:

Gotta love the kids man, she did have a blast when we went.

Stella ask me if any other girls are going! We are nailing down dates, will let you know when we do.

Nothing official yet. After Stephen gets back and settled from the UA, I'll talk to him about it. I'm thinking 8AM, or 9AM at the latest.

I think a decently early time for that would be good since i bet most will be heading to Moab after the trail.
