Thats what i was saying. I have had a few tall vehicles on lifts in my years and as said i never wished for a shorter shop roof in that section or a shorter lift overall height .
Bendpak has a 14' tall lift. My ceiling is 14' 1". Cutting it close... BUT with the direction of the roof trusses I can have the lift intrude into that space. I can build out the ceiling around the lift.Thats what i was saying. Look at the "max rise height" too, keep in mind a taller lift doesn't always mean it can lift higher.
A Rotary SPOA10 has a max rise height of 81.5 or 84.5 inches.
Thats 100% to thin and wrong floor install . If you know lifts you know . .

Agreed, I keep going over my notes and went back to that exact model. I think it might work for my purposes too. I like the extra 7 in. I called the company rep today and he said the extra 7 in. is often a major selling point. It's also $100 cheaperIf you are buying bendpack for your application I like this 10APX one better, 13 ft tall but has a 7" higher rise height.
