Blazer is really done. Last pictures while she is still mine.

Working on finishing up the wraptor. Got a good start on the crossmember this evening and may try morphing it into a dual purpose unit. A driveshaft loop wouldn't be hard to conjure up, just don't want it to hang down to far. Have to wait and see how it'd turn out.

Anti wrap bars
Rear shock mounts
Rear bump stops
Differential gear lube
driveshafts to be installed
Couple of LED's that don't light when they should.

Time for the test drive.

Seriously considering replacing the batteries. Mine currently have a yellowish white powder growing on the. Kinda nasty.

Any thoughts on having the bottom loop of the safety hoop be either cable or chain for flexibility purposes?

Cable had come to mind. I can definitely see where it'd push out of the way the majority of the time.

We use limit straps for some safety loops that need to be able to move.

Upper bar is there and in shape. Hope to have the lower on but couldn't manage to get to the shop today with all the family stuff going on today and tomorrow.

so why the big offset again, and not straight forward with it?

Clearance of some sort. I will have to be cleaver when I put my anti wrap bar on.

Pretty much clearance.

In the center at the chassis end I had the most room directly over the driveshaft. It's a good spot for it there too.

On the axle end, directly over the shaft I couldn't get it as low as I wanted to. I ended up having to get away from the ring gear hump in the housing to get it lower and keep the clearance between the housing and the fuel tank crossmember.

All told, I gained about 3-4" clearance between the housing and the fuel tank crossmember with all the mods.

The wraptor is done. I'll get some pics up tomorrow night. Turned out pretty nice I think. Quite a bit different from the normal setups.

Got the rear driveshaft back on just a few minutes ago and hope to have the rear shocks done up tomorrow night and possibly the rear bumpstops.

sounding good Kert...how bout some pics of that lube pressure can you got?

pretty sick a mundo Kert...diggin' the gussets too.

Finally finished up the rear shock mounting tonight.

Need to finish up the rear bumpstops and there isn't a single option that really jumps out at me.

how bout a few pics of the possible mounting area?

I got them mounted last night. Just a quick solution that may end up being permanent depending on how they work out. Only real downfall is the bump are mounted to the axle which sets them upside down bumping on the bottom of the frame. The bumps are going to hold water inside them.

It was a simple 20 minute mounting so not a big deal if I decide to change that later.

Finished up a bunch of odds and ends last night. Got some more wire coverings done. Trimmed my exhaust tips which were just getting into the tires. Got some of the brake line re-routing done. Hope to finish that up tonight. Got the rear diff filled up and the driveshafts back on.

Ended up staying at the shop till 11:30 last night. Was a good night though, lots of little things finished up.
