Took the buggy out sat night and broke a couple things...
1. steering went to hell.. broke the gm 1 ton tie rod end. and thankfully I had a spare and the tools to ream it out.

Then for the second time in two weeks I wasted the front straps on the 1350 driveline yokes. I was trying to do more wheelies but with the rain I had to hit it in 4x4 being there was a couple feet of water right in front on the hill. Came down on the front with my foot wide in it somewhere around the 9th or 10th time.
Finally got the 3/4 sheered bolts out of the yoke and drilled out the other and out a grade negative 3 phillips head screw in there and a nut

The best part of the night was getting a ride to go fetch my 06 and I came down the wash like a nut, sideways, little air on the whoops and wide open.. people about fell over when they realized I was the same nut with the buggy
Went to leave and it was really hard to get back across the river, I was getting frustrated but almost made it.. then I realized I was in front wheel drive.. so the axle I was trying to limp out I was now flogging.

So.. with my passenger and I now wet from the waterfall that was coming over the hood and on our laps.. popped in into 4x4 and got out of there.
So with the buggy waiting for a new u-bolt style yoke.. I got bored!
That ford was grinning at me..

Being it was getting dark, I decided two vids was good enough and this thing has no tail weight and it felt like a brick coming down. Fun though.. I am bummed to say the vids on this truck are over since I sold the seat out of it last night to the guy taking the video

He showed up to get the seats and I asked him.. can you hold a camera?
And here is some of it on the rocks

This last vid was interesting.. hung up just right and ended up on my front drive line.. rear axle and my oil pan! The 1st of those two are no biggie.. but the oil pan was a shocker. I have a f-body camaro pan to swap but they are famous for running the motor dry of oil with climbs so it looks like will be shelling out some money for a nice baffled pan with gates and a remote oil filter from Kevco. Ive now hit the an enough that it has a crack and a light seep from it.
