Front test video 3 the last 30-45 seconds after you hear my horn honk i am in the high shake zone

Maybe I'm just smoking

Anyone else see the bottom knuckle on the D60 moving?

I cant tell at all....
I went up to about 80 and the shake never got any better. I still don't feel it in the wheel but info think i feel it up front. Maybe the concrete freeway with those toast frame bushing are giving me an issue.

I'm going to try to get one more video from the center facing forward. Did you see how much side to side that shackle had I'm 99% sure that's my wobble but not my shake. You can see my exhaust shaking

Yeah it's an eye opener watching all off the crap on a truck move around when you video it. Found all sorts of goofy shif on mine

Front and center part 1

Front and center part 2

Alright guys.... any ideas? 65-80 it's shaking my brains out.... I'm 99% sure the wobble is the fame bushings. but this speed related shake I have no stinkin clue! HELP!

Honest with you, I cant see anything funky from the videos.

What stood out to me was the part where you said it did it worse in the construction zone. To me that still suggests something in the king pins, where the shock of the rough transition in the road cause a wobble. Ive had death wobble rear its ugly head only when you hit a bad bump like this before

What RPM is the shaking happening at.
Seems to me that the exhaust is rattling around a bunch more then it seems that it should be.
2200 ish. But I can take it out of gear and let it drop down to idle and it's the same.
And I can lock and unlock the torque converter and change gears and rev up to 3500rpm and it's the same.

I think the exhaust shows what I feel in the cab. It's bad enough the doors flash light through the seals and shudder i did notice on smooth asphalt roads it's not as bad but concrete freeways with the relief cuts and bumps it brutal

Any other ideas? Tests? Sounds like I don't have access to a lift until Tuesday to swap out my frame bushings. Until then I'll beat my head against the wall thinking of ideas... the wheels and axles sure look smooth and nothing stands out...

I am keeping my fingers crossed that this is some freak thing where those shackles are allowing things to move around under some conditions and causing the weird shake. I mean the shake is much worse on rougher roads.... I know it's a long shot.... I'm having the king pins looked at by a shop this week. See if they see anything.

So it would have to be in the drive train.

Try the front wheel drive idea. Pull the rear shaft if you can, that way it will take the rear end out of the equation.

Ok so I just watched the front end vids, it seems to me that the engine is rattling around different the frame. ??? How are all the engine/ trans mounts ???
