I think it may possibly have been apart once before. Not sure. There's a few little things here and there.
Like it only has 1 of the 4 of these head alignment rings.
And a few places like the timing cover had what appeared to be replacement bolts. All the bolts have a smaller hex and then a molded washer like area. But a couple were just a normal hex bolt right between a few of the others.
I'm told it was from a van. If it was by chance a work van, maybe it had a short block at one time, since they usually rack up hrs idling

Doesn't matter cause it's going to the machine shop one way or the other for a clean, check, bore .065", and hone,. ... Next week
I also found out that dss racing sells a piston/ring kit, instead of buying them separately. And the kit comes with pre-sized rings. For the same price as the pistons and file fit rings separately.
So that is what I'll buy lol.
