I already have the D60 installed. Will 3" bive me enough clearance with 315/70-17s?
What about a 2"? Not enough?
I guess that I'll drop 2-3" going from the Rough Country 4" to the Tuff Country 3" sound about right?

I went with 3” ez rides and ended up adding a 1” zero rate to get it level, with d60. I have the rear shackle flip with stock springs (4” net lift) in the rear. I have some fender rub if I stuff the front. I think Your 315’s are basically 35”. Point is 4” is probably as low as you want to go.
