Do the manuals suffer in resale? It seems like their rarity would help them. Kind of like in older cars.

Not sure. Something I'll look into. But, same as color of the truck, if I keep it as long as I plan to it's kind of a moot point.Do the manuals suffer in resale? It seems like their rarity would help them. Kind of like in older cars.

Might just be the light. Seems like the pictures ram has on their site don't look accurate. Hard to say.why does that brown look so solid? if it where a true rootbeer brown with a good amount of metallic and a bit darker, I'd totally be digging it...
the 014 brown looks so good, that 015 looks like diarrhea......

That's hilarious.I considered a root beer colored one that they had on the lot but it had leather in it and it literally looked like an explosion at the Hershey candy factory. It was awful.
Yes that green is awesome! Here's a better representation of the green.

So what do you guys know about the rambox storage combined with a gooseneck trailer? Ram's factory add on fifth wheel/gooseneck tow package won't work with the rambox, but a B&W will. From what I can find online it just has slight interference with some fifth wheel hitches (which I have no intention of ever having), and will clear a gooseneck fine assuming the front of the trailer isn't squared off (for interference with cab).
I like the idea of the rambox. I'm not sure if I'm getting a gooseneck trailer or not, but would definitely need to have a truck that allows it if I go that route. Also, I know an 8ft bed would be better for a bed mounted hitch, but I just don't want/need that big of a truck...
Yeah, I can't say it's all that necessary. Especially since my old z71 was a step side. The rambox seems super handy for sure.Yes that green is awesome!
The only downside to the Rambox storage that I've heard is that you lose a little bed space above the wheels but how often do you need that space?
So many damn decisions!
Yah no sympathy here buddy. Gee should I get 5 he tan interior or a different color. Lol
Pretty sweet to be making those decisions!
BTW everyone I know that has a newer Dodge without the ram box wishes they would have got it. Everyone that has it loves it. Of course that's only 4 people 2 with 2 without

I know, it's definitely a first-world problem
I absolutely wanted the rambox, just wasn't 100% sure it'd work with a gooseneck if I were to go that way.
I just think that 9200 lb towing capacity puts me awful close with my Blazer and a pretty small trailer. If I add tools and other extras I think it's too close. I'd really rather have too much truck than not enough.
The 2500s are more money than the 3500 comparably equipped, so it's not worth it to go that route either really.
Unless I'm severely mistaken.
