Deuling's 1985 K5. "Restart thread on post #8415"

Those look pretty nice to me...tell me again why you wanted to upgrade?

I remember having a discussion about this, I think the consensus is that you had no need for new tires. Or is there something I'm forgetting?

I had two that got sidewall issues. Replaced them last year.

All 6 held air, I just didn't trust the ones and didn't want to damage the ones that were still in good shape.

When they were mounting them, nick at ORI had me feel the sidewalls and was like dude, check out how much thicker these are. I think they will take some good abuse.

Guy at work ran those on his 07 cummins, couldn't even tell they where there for the most part

Those should treat you well!

Im hoping they work well.

Holy $hit are they heavy. With steel wheels I bet its 90lbs a corner lol.

Holy Crap, i had to go 4 pages back in the driveway to find my thread....

I got 3 sticks of hrew that nate dropped off the other weekend...

Something like this is in my head...

No, the bumper.

Oh. Somehow I looked at that picture and thought you were wanting to copy the shock hoops. Not sure why that was the first thing into my head. :dunno:

I want something that more resembles the front bumper.

I already have a buyer for the current rear one.

Now THAT is the way to sell things.

Yeah, a guy that knows me from a midwest forum was chatting with me at the buggy show yesterday asking about doing a rear bumper, I said im planning to ditch mine to build a new one, and he said he wants the current one.

His hoops are pretty badass imo. He drew them all up in solid works and had them cut out.
