Well thats a good thing, RIGHT!
VERY!
Now I can drive it and not smell like I've been riding a Harley all day.
Well thats a good thing, RIGHT!

If you have the old tank, you can unsolder the fill neck and resolder it to the new tank. It's how I did mine.
It got worse, my '80 had TH350/NP205/2.73:1, so my crawl ratio was like 13:1
GM is notorious for gearing trucks too high.
Unless it’s Just too too tall, which 2:73’s definitely are. I love how your making this a nice runner and not chopping her up....................yet.![]()
Full cage, better suspension, rear tire carrier, steering, frame strength, tool and supply storage, some aluminum panels in the rear interior fender, and so on....
Keeping it as stock looking as possible along the way. Can't really go up in height more that 1 to 2 inches as it won't fit into the garage without airing down. I have some ideas kicking around in my head for some aluminum or stainless boxes for storage and still have room to sleep inside the Blazer. I'd like to get all the crap you see in the picture nicely tucked away so I have plenty of room to still move around in the back. No real plan for a rear seat at this point.
. We get t to home k up sometime, you’re not too far, couple hours away maybe. Would Love to see your rig in person
