Ok, so after having the new wheels and tires on for a little bit I've decided I want (actually maybe need) to lift it. Left front wheel rubs the pitman arm on right turns. Driving a big truck like this can be very inconvenient, not being able to go full right lock, well that makes it very inconveniant. I need to be pointed in the right direction. I want to make as sharp of turns as I can, and I don't want to chew up my brand new tire!
Will doing a 3 or 4 inch lift fix that? Or am I gonna have to put spacers on to fix this issue? And then are spacers gonna force me to have to lift it to maintain fender clearance?
I've never done a lift before. Not planning on wheeling the truck. What all do I need for the lift? So far my list is: brake hoses, shocks, front springs and shackles, rear flip kit, one inch zero rate (I like what I've read about these on the front for centering and clearnace.) Rear springs are new.
Thanks in advance!
