Here we've got it wired into the lathe motor starter.
And here's a coupl of freshly drilled holes.
I can't run it in high speed unless the lathe is on, providing the third leg. Apparently the static convertor doesn't work well on a delta wound motor.. It runs great using the lathe as a rotary phase convertor, so that's what I'll do for now.

The guy who did my windshield collects junk Mustangs, and pieces them into ok cars, and wanted some parts out of the thing, and offered the press. I was just going to trade it in for scrap if no one on here wanted it.
Old boy at work told me he'd spend a grand to rebuild it...
