Engine crossmember/panhard kits

Yeah, kinda bummed I was not able to order one from him when he was on and actually making them. Bad ass product for sure. Hopefully he will come back around.

Damn, your right, that wasnt very long ago. I posted on 11-21 and it just seemed like a long time ago I guess. Forgive me had just got to work and hadnt had my coffee yet.

I just sent him an e mail just saying hi and that we were wondering what the status was and how he was doing, if their still on hold for the time being. If so, no problem, we understood considering our economy and all. Wished him well. Hopefully things will work out.

Hi everyone, I'm still alive and kicking. Just got a new laptop yesterday, so now I'm able to go online while away from home during the week.

Unfortunately, I'm still working out of town, doing environmental remediation work. I quit this business almost two years ago and swore up and down that I was done with it after 13 years on the road.

Then, last June, a competitor of the company that I quit contacted me and offered up a pretty good deal that I really couldn't refuse.

That obviously meant that I had to put the crossmember\panhard setups on the back burner for awhile. At the moment I'm still building them, although in very, very small quanities while I'm home on weekends.

Believe me, I'd much rather be building parts at home vs working out on the road, but it's pretty hard to turn down a good steady paycheck.

Hope this sheds a little light on the situation.

Thanks everybody,
Dave

Sent ya a PM.

Will these work with the 6.2L diesel since it has the same motor mounts as the 350?

You should work out a partnership with Kert at DIY4X.com since you have already done the R&D and just can't keep up with the demand. I doubt it would be hard to work something out to get a cut of the profit from each unit sold.

man, i cant wait for you to start building these again, i definitely need one of the panhard setups to help keep everything on track up...

Bump to top...

Dave, need the lower bracket that mounts on the axle tube.

Still around and fabbing these?

I have Skyjacker springs and a 1" tapered zero-rate with 4 degrees milled into it. The stock u-bolt plate sway bar hole is 5.5" from the top of the axle housing tube to the center of the hole.
Will your brackets fit this measurement? Or will you need to fab it a little taller/longer?

Hey Wes,

Yep, still around and building a few here and there. As of right now I'm at home between projects, so it looks like I may have time to build some stuff.

A mount for your application wouldn't be a problem, as I pretty much custom tailor each one of these to suit the particular vehicle.

The crossmembers themselves are standardized dimension wise, but the panhard bar and lower mount dimensions revolve around several different factors.
