Cant wait to see the new tires mounted up! Also cant wait to see how your exhaust turns out near the shifter linkage... Thats the only reason i havent ordered a set of those headers yet is my concern over that area...

I think with the ball collector I will be able to angle down enough to clear it with no problems. It looks worse in the picture than it actually is...

I put the Dynomax Blackjack headers on my truck and they came really close to hitting the shackle bolts. I thought I was going to have to do something special to make them work, but they just barely fit. I did have to have some pipes custom bent to clear the stock transfer case crossmember though. Since you're using an Atlas, I guess you're going to have to have some funky bends in your pipes too. Be sure to post some pics of whatever kind of crossmember you go with and your cross-over pipe, if you have one.

Received my bronze alloy tapered bushings for the kingpins today... No death wobble for me!!!

Thanks C&M Performance Machine for coming up with an alternative to those STUPID plastic parts!

Once the kingpins are rebuilt and back together I am going to remove the 205 and install the Atlas.

Got the drivers side kingpin rebuilt, what a pain in the butt!

FINALLY got my beadlocks! woo hoo!

Will be putting the wheels and tires on tomorrow as well as pulling the 205 t-case and prepping to install the Atlas.

My girlfriend and I did the zero rates in the rear, and put the new "shoes" on today...
