I happened to have a cardboard headliner instead of the metal one and the fabric was dropping. So I was scratching my head for a while on how to remove all the stuck on glue and foam. Scraping a razor blade across it worked perfect.
I used a wire brush and scotch-brite to get it done the rest of the way from there. (If I remember correctly..)
Going to be putting a black and white novelty American flag up as the headliner. Not an actual flag. Nip that in the bud before it starts.
This is so soft I’d be worried about tearing through it with something like that. I’ll lay some high strength adhesive > thin foam >adhesive> flag
can't be sure but it looks like the bracket plate for the bell housing braces are missing from under you motor mount buckets on the block. You'll want to source those and put them on before you stick you motor.
The bell housing has braces under the cab one of which the head of the bolt was sheared. Can you post up a pic of what you’re talking about?
Are you referring to the braces that connect to the converter cover > motor mounts?
Ahh, mine was still in good condition and hadn't been softened, it was like flexible masonite.

@Wes Harden now that I know what you’re talking about, I don’t think sourcing those is going to be an easy feat haha
I bought mine from eBay seller. GM was offering them new up untill a few years ago.
