Hopefully you have some newish tires on there?
(Maybe I missed that.)

there the old tires,on the lookout for newer tubeless wheels something 19.5 range. will need them for registration checkup.would have access to school bus tires:D. they are ok for now had one flat i repaired it. been around them old wheels alot they are dangerous! only put 40lbs.

Nothing like old tires. Kinda like Russian Roullette. Give them a spin and they might be A-OK while they might fall apart in spectacular fashion.

started repairing rear cab support ,they are made of hard wood!!! bought cab corners, rockers, and floor parts. hopefully i can straighten up the cab in the next couple off weeks. there are 6 cab support all off wood with a spring below frame for play. i will take a picture when its going back together to better understand.

Very cool build! My brother is building a 46 Ford. Too bad you are far away cause he has an extra cab that looks to possibly be in better shape than yours. Keep up the good work!

i got a second cab its rough shape exterior, crossing my fingers that i can find some good parts will know this weekend. i would be all over a rust free cab!!! your brother have any grille parts ! i,m missing a few grille bars.

I'm not sure, his was the 1/2 ton truck though. Grill might be different but I think the cabs are the same

yeah! got the tank repaired. a friend had left over sealer ,from an other project. maybe going to pick it up next week. hope to install it in a few weeks. tired of running in a 5 gal pale.

I like it Brian...nice score on the floorpans!

Good progress. Did you find grill parts, or will you have to make them?

no i didn,t find grille parts yet, still on the look out for grille bars. i mostly need the 3 middle ones, the others are repairable. they sell reproductions ,price is reasonable. i won,t need them for a good while ,so i,m watching for good originals.
