Got any cool tools lately?

I found the pump has to much pressure. I don't use the hose and brush. I drilled a hole in the base of the flexible nozzle, to reduce the pressure. On the unit we have at my brothers place it was aqueous solution only unit, we but 5 gals of solvent and the pump quit in 24 hours. I used the HF solvent in mine. Only bitch i have is the metric threaded drain plug, I want to put a petcock in to make draining easier. As it now is apita to empty on my second drain and fill in less than a year.

That's what I was worried about with this one is the solvent killing the pump. It does have too much pressure. The hole thing sounds like a good idea.

My pump went out too.
Do you have a source for getting a pump?
I don't want to buy a whole new setup

There are aqueous pumps on Amazon, in the $30 dollar area

I looked at them awhile ago, and believe this is the direct replacement for HF washer

I think I'm gonna have to pick one of those up too.
Just in case

Christmas sale. Shipping was almost 50% on top of the price. 400 pounds of goodness.

Eileen asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I emailed her the invoice.

My brother has MS, and isnt able to work on stuff like he used too, and hes moving out of state as well Sometime next year.
I was the one who set him up with an old tool box of mine and a few tools to get started wrenching, so he figured I should be the one who got first crack at what he wanted to get rid of….thats gotta be a shitty feeling not being able to wrench like you want.
He let me pick what I wanted and then he’s letting our older brother have a go at it. He wanted me to have my old toolbox setup, which is a Kennedy 4 drawer cabinet, a Craftsman middle chest and not sure what the top chest was, but it sure brings back the early memories! Here is what I came home with and he didnt want any $$$, but I give him a 100 and bought lunch and still stole it all from him. After getting the 3/8 Milwaukee impact, I figured I need a impact socket set dedicated to it, as its mostly what I use now.

Yeah, I was having a hard time between the like button and the sad emoji.
I'm kind of getting to the point myself and I ain't even old yet. Every time I spend a couple days in the shop twisting wrenches I have to spend 2 at home watching movies because my arms hurt too much to do much else.
It was getting that way before the fall through the shop ceiling and now it's just terrible.
I've kind of come down to I'm going to finish the 3 I got, and probably stop doing shop stuff.
At least slow WAY down to basic BS.

That's gonna take me a couple years. But its getting old quick. Or I am:thinking:.... Yeah, maybe a little of both lol.

This is why the 48 went down another road. The biggest issue is, I do not get as much done as fast as I did 10 years ago. Everything takes longer.
