Done and done!
It's done!It didn't turn out as I expected but that is what happens when you don't know exactly what you are doing
. I ended up cutting out the entire middle section of the bumper to allow me to mount the fairlead to the winch mount. I had to cut the hole larger obviously and I didn't like any of the other ideas I had so it is what it is. I still love it. Here are a couple of pics.

Thanks guys! I am going about 2 hours away on saturday to go drive some trails at Kansas Rocks Park. I will take some pictures and post up.

that sucks that you had to reconfigure that. had a question for you though, is the bottom of your bracket attached to the frame rail as well or just the top? if not any strength concerns?

Trailering. The road noise in this thing is increadable and I still don't have the 208 fixed yet so it still pops out of 2 HI and I have no 4 HI.

Yeah I ran two pieces of angle iron back from the bottom to the old location of the sway bar. I will take some pics for ya.

So I am 7 hours from leaving for the trails 2 hours away and there is a snow storm moving in. WHOO FCUKING HOO! I guess I am going have to dress warm. A week ago the forcast said 50*-60*, now it is a high of 32*. It has gone down everyday this week. Oh well, I've got new batteries in the camera so I can pic whore a bit when I get back.

Phase II
Well I guess I am going to begin with phase II of my build. I am going to pull the body back off. Here is a list of things I would like to do this time around:
Diet all the way around.
Half doors.
Liner the inside.
Paint the bottom of the body.
Repair all rust.
Longer Shackles in the front and switch rear hangers around for a touch more lift.
More fender trimming.
Maybe seats and harnesses.
Fuel cell.
Move intake to the cab.
Steering box brace and inspect for cracks.
Repair exhaust (both collectors broke in half)
Rebuild/replace the NP208 with NP241/NP208/NP241-NP205 Doubler
Install new seals in the TH400
Cage.
Thats all I can think of for now but I am sure the list goes on. Her are a few bad pics of the start.
