"Hardcore" 89 (Black and Blue). IT RUNS, DRIVES, AND STOPS. BUILD ON HOLD

your kickin ass Brian...my brain has that much ambition, but my body dis-agrees.

Oh believe me I am feeling it at times! 2 weekends ago I logged 12 hours on Sat. I took last night off all together. The misses worked late, and I made Fish Tacos for dinner so there was zero free time.

My tank straps should be here today so I can get this new tank prepped and hopefully hung. If there is interference with the inside the frame I might do the rear axle/spring swap first.

When I moved my stock tank up into the frame, I had to cut a bit on the framerails, mostly just where there is a protrusion keeping the tank from going up, no big deal... a little sawzall action took care of it.

Yeah I was wondering if I would have to trim any.

How high are you raising that gas tank?

Digging all your progress updates.

Got the body ribs chopped out.
Got the rear shaft and wrap bar removed.
Knocked off the factory rear bump stops too.

I removed the lower rivet heads for the factory shackle hangers, and painted inside the frame rails before the tank went back in.

Got the tank in and in primer. It was getting cold in the garage so I stopped for the night. Hopefully it's nice tomorrow so I can move it outside and have room to work on the cage some more!

Made some good progress on this thing today!

Got the halo spreader bars dialed in nicely. Also cut and notched the dash bar and windshield bars. Dash bar will have to go in later though. My plan is to run it under the DIY4X dash.

Got a couple coats of bedliner on the floor.

Test fit the PRP seats!

Looking good!

What kind of bed liner did you go with? Did you remove the factory seam sealer junk before you put fown the bed liner?
