i did a bone head move tho by buying wheels and tires b4 i figrued out that i was goin to run 1 ton stuff

about a month ago i got a 8lug dana 44 and a 14 bolt ff for 300

i pulled the tbi 350 for a lil bit more power, a four bolt main 350 bored .030 over with proaction aluminum heads, lunati voodoo cam in. 219/ex. 227 lift, demon 725cfm carb, roller tip rockers and the list goes on

chassis and suspension - nothing really yet

axles - 14 bolt ff im going to stuff arb air lockers and 4:10 or 4:56 gears, the front ive got that dana 44 and a 10 bolt but i found d60 so arb and gear for the front

How are the Lunati Voodoo cams? Mad power makers?
 
it sounds so wicked i hadnt really had a chance to get on it but its got a bad a** idle to it .... 262/ 268, Lift .468/ .489 vodoo cam
 
Electric water pumps arent frequently run because if your alt takes a crap then your without flow and obviously gonna over heat. Its the same principle as why people dont run an electric fan but 10 times worse if it craps out.
 
well electric water pumps really aint made for daily driving and if u worried about the alternator just carry and extra one it aint like there a dime a dozen or cost alot
 
why dont you post the application or the part numbers of you 100 dollar disc brake setup??? I assume it's for upgrading your 14bff right? I work at a parts store too, but im a manager and don't have enough time to search around...haha. I'd appreciate it boss.:bow:
 
Rotors - 5523 - 14.99
Pads - SX52 - 30.99
Left Caliper - CR98886 - 12.99
Right Caliper - CR98887 - 12.99

Then an additional 65 for the bracket
 
sry its been awhile since i have posted anything , ive sold most of the stuff off the truck becuase my frame f*** up, but on a good note i got a new job at a salvage yard so ill be bringing home some goodies..... so as soon as i find another swb 4x4 frame i will start all over again
 
i found another frame but no ididnt sell the motor i cant get rid of that ... i just sold the wheels and tires , transmission and transfer case is upp for sell , and im using the bed for the 2wd
 
well since its got 4:56 gears and a rear detroit locker , arb in the front 8 inches of lift and 40 inch bfg km2's and a 203/205 doubler
 
That should work. Are you keeping the diesel or using the engine from the first truck?
