1.5 inches. Assuming the axle is mounted in the center of the spring. A bit less if mounted forward of center, a bit more if rear of center. 52" springs are center pinned where 56" springs are biased by 4" to one side of center.

so 1.5 on top of the 4 inches from the shackle? Ok so i have the bracket 3 inches down from the stock hanger, then with the flipped shackle the back of the leaf will be moved 11 inches down, thats how much lift?

Ok you kinda confused me but I'll try to sort I out.

If all yes answers my math is this. 2+2+4=9"
9" is the rough distance the rear spring eye bolt was moved.
Now the rough lift measurement would be 2/3 of that. 6"
Thats really rough mathematics and shouldn't be used for permanent calculations.

Now im getting confused. So where the shackle bolts to now when i put the bracket next to it the one i made has a three inchs lower than where there stock shackle mounts to. So thats three inches. So then the shackle flips thats an 8 inch swing so plus 3 is 11 right? So if i get 6ish inches of lift im okay with that cause my rear springs are saggy and i can always zero rate the front. Im just making sure the ass end isnt gonna be to the moon lol btw shackle is stock

Typical shackle flip nets you 4" of lift with stock length shackles.
You made yours 3" lower, this adds (roughly) 1.5" to the total lift height.
So...... 5.5" of lift assuming stock shackle and axle centered on spring.

Alright, thank you so much i kept second guessing my math. The rear of my k5 is sagging so that is perfect.
Wow. I just read what wrote and it confused the crap out of myself. 496 had a way better way of getting it acrossed. I must have been ready for bed when I did that.

Those look decent as long as you're using a factory inner brace. If not I would make them wrap under the frame with some gussets.
Im a green welder also, But those welds look good. And that's not a lot of spatter. Looks good!

That bead looks good. Hard to tell from just one sample. I love that your Stick welding 
just make sure your feeding the electrode constantly. Should sound like sizzling bacon. 
Now that i go back and look at the painted pic, looks like you need to work on being consistent. Some of the welds on the flip on the right look shaky. Just keep practicing!

Yea most of my ugly looking welds are when i was unsure so i just run back over them and make the biggest ugliest bead thing ever. But thanks guys good to know im in the right direction and and there is a plate on the back side to grab the bottom of the frame and it has gussets up the full length of it on both sides. Yea i only have a stick welder so im making the most of it its an old lincoln thats a welder and a generator runs on gas and is from a time before i was born, but it starts right up no problem

Oh and what size hardware should I use for mounting this bracket up? And what size are the U bolts for a 10 bolt?

Alright just finished putting these things in. Those rivets were IN there jesus. Anyway heres the truck from the front
It leveled it out pretty nicely
And here we have the shackle, sorry for the bad pics
And here is the pinion angle, I'm going to a fixed yoke on my 241 and a cv so this works out great
And finally here is the slip yoke since the rear axle was moved forward.
Thoughts on this? Will this be for a couple trips before my sye?
All in all. I'd do it again.
