How will my K5/truck look with xx" tires on xx" of lift?

The tell tale sign is that all chevy front leaf springs were negative arched from the factory. Yours look to have a positive arch which would indicate that they are after market lift springs.

I'm digging it. They must be lift springs? How much lift?

Nope totally stock springs, the fronts are the original 74 rears off this rig. The rear are off of a '93 2500. There is a good bit of fender trimming, and I'm not running inner fenders in the front. If I had to guess about 5" to 5.5" of lift maybe with the zero rates.

I dig your rig!!!! Very nice stance.

Thanks man! :thumb:

It has some weight in the rear with full spare, ropes, shackles, etc. No tools or tool boxes yet. The rear is a 7 leaf 56" pack with two of the smaller leafs removed. The overload is there, but I'm going to put the removed leafs back in. I want it to look like this AFTER it's fully loaded.

4" TCHD front, 4.5" ORD shackles, 4 Zero rates, 1" body, rear 56s with 4" ORD shackle flip and 6" DIY shackles. 3" longer using zero rates. 38x15.5x18 toyos and mickys and 4.5" bs. She sags a little more than I like with weight in the back, going back to 7 leaf 56s, overload's future unknown.

Judging by the front spring under set up and the gas tank skid, I'd say you need to post up some more info abou this truck. :deal:

Yep, lets hear more. I like the low stance (and so would my local authorities). Any comments on your steering setup would be interesting also.

I had to look twice and be sure it wasnt a J10 in the piciture with the spring under. Looks like SS leaf spring bolts...or something really shiney.

What axles do you have? I can't tell if I see dodge or Jeep hubs on the front axle, but I do see 8 lugs on the rear.

Nice step side though.

Must be some kind of chase truck. See the stickers with the race number on them? What is the 400 class in desert racing? Stock full size? I don't know. I like the truck. Good to see something different on here every once in a while. :thumb:

It will have crossover, but its a little more involved running almost no lift.

The u bolts are regular old u bolts. The front axle is a GM Dana 44 :D

Not a chase truck due to the limited bed space, more of a pre runner/old school class 4/go fast in the dirt toy :D

4400 class is the rock racers.Pretty much a no rules class other than safety stuff and you have to be 4WD. I run around out in the desert chasing the 4402 Blazer around :D

Just for reference (not trying to get off topic) I got 15.8 mpg on my last road trip with the following:

33" (305/70-16) KM1's
4:10
700R4
Stock top and bottom 4BM 350
Weiand intake
Thunder 650 Carb

Also for reference, my truck (I need to take some new shots):

Of the Blazers on here, this setup looks closest to mine, how many inches of lift is this? I have 33"x12.5"s and similar gap, but i bought mine as is and dont know if there's any lift or is there is, how much
