Haha.

Just from this thread I've got an idea of what I'm going to replace the panels with in the barn doors on my Suburban.. the cardboard is crap for durability, but they are in good shape.. bet I could get a c note on e-ghey :haha:

All the more reason to have a good forum for it! :D:bow:

But yeah, I have some rear panels from a K5 that I could probably get some cash for on eBay myself...either that or just sell them here.

You guys rock!!!

:bow::bow::bow:

Thanks for pushing it up to 70% in favor of the Interior Forum!

Now, if only I can convince Mr. Fox to go for it...!

I'd vote again if it would let me. I think it's a great idea...

Even though half the site runs nearly no interior, there's still that other half that DD's their rigs, and also the guys that just like to have a nice vehicle for camping, hunting, wheeling, etc...

Exactly. And even if you're not a hard core wheeler, or don't wheel at all and need good tech info, this is still the place to come.

I started my panels last Saturday, unfortunately the past week has been 12-15 hour work days so I havent gotten much done. Next week isnt looking so hot either. :(

Later on down the road, I have some pretty sweet interior ideas I plan to add into mine.

I'll be building a pretty nice console, similar to a police unit. It'll have removable panels, basically a rack (like they use for large servers), but not as wide. It'll have a large storage compartment, and mounting for lots of accessories, and go all the way up to the dash. I'll probably get some cable shifter setup for the t-case when I do it.

Hopefully I'll be posting that in an interior forum... :D

i just want to make my interior real nice and functional, but keeping it stock-ish. this kind of forum would be a good place to get all kinds of good ideas.

The pics are a bit old, but I've started doing diamond plate aluminum in my interior.

I like that, It looks kinda redneck, thats the reason i like it. I think Im going to do the same thing only not pollished, might leave it just satin finished, or have the panels powdercoated to match the interior color scheem.

And here it is. All because of Jon! Thanks Jon. And extra thanks to Steve the boss man.

Who keeps voting... and why? :doah::haha:
