Introductions & Greetings

Hello my name is Jeff, i just picked up a 83 Blazer with a 6.2 diesel. this is my first american car so i will need a bit of help with lame questions as they come up.

Hey my name is David. I have an 88 k5 with 6" lift and 39.5 tsl's. I am wanting to redo the suspension with 52" fronts and 56" rears.

Hello, I am Keith, I am located in Baltimore Md, I also plan on moving to Phoenix (Wittman) AZ within the next year. I am 38 years old. I have always been a chevy person, I am ashamed to say I have owned one furd. Currently I have a 95 s-series blazer for the dd. A 91 Wrangler, healthy sbc vortec, 3000 stahl, th350 to a np231, 35inch boggers, spoa, ect. ect. I also have a 82 gmc shortbed 4x4, which happened to have blown 6.2 in it, pulled that and put in a 355 sbc, the truck is really rust free and clean. I am finding alot of info on your site about cheap and functional spring swaps, shackle flips, ect. Well just saying hello to all, and hopefully meet some Az people.

Hey everyone i'm Tim, i have a few 4x4 chevy's between me and my dad, first is a 1970 k5 in need of total resto, a '82 k10 with a 44/14b combo waiting to go in with a 454/Th400, 8" skyjacker springs in the garage for it, and looking for some 8 lug 15x10 and some 39.5's, and a '96 4x4 tahoe frame from roll over for my dad's 56 pickup

Another truck

Im Q-pig from Colorado, And pretty much every 4x4 Ive owned has been powered by Chevy/GM. I currently have a 65 FJ40 Cruiser with a 350 TBI and an SM465 trans, etc etc, which is for sale. A buddy of mine has had an 88 Blazer in his backyard for sometime, and I think its time to move up to a rig this size so the kids can go do the dirt thing with me. I hate to get rid of the Cruiser, but I need something bigger!!! Im here to find out what you guys are doing with suspensions, etc.

First Post

Hello all.
I'm fairly new, just never posted. I'm looking to build a capable all-purpose rig. This is what I have so far: '83 K5, 4" lift(ORD Shackle Rev), 33" ATs (want 35s), 350, NV4500/205, 14FF rear w/disks, stock 10b out front (looking for that 60). I'm no expert, this is my first truck, although I have done all the work myself. I've gleened tons of info from you guys and I appreciate you sharing, you have given project ideas, do's and don'ts, and maybe I can give some of that back somewhere along the way. I'm just finishing up on the 4500 conversion and can't wait to try it out!

hello fello truckers

Hi all! I'm glad to find a web site that has nothing but Blazer lovers on it. I'm tired of chatting with Jeep freaks. I hope that since I'm rather new to the sport that someone might be able to help me with my alignment problem. I have a 1988 K5 Blazer with 12" lift and 44" Ground Hogs. I was wondering what you would recommend my amount of toe in be and if possible the castor angle as well. Currently I'm all over the road.
