Introductions & Greetings

Welcome, Roko. Nice to have international members here. Your truck sounds like it all decked out.

Hey everyone! My name is Jed and I’m from Felton in the Santa Cruz Mountains, California. I just inherited an 88 K5 from my little brother. It has a motor with 10k on it and runs strong but needs a lot of TLC to get it where it needs to be.
honestly I joined the forum to decide if it’s something I want to sink money into. I love the look of squarebodies, but do I wanna work on one? Not sure yet! Defroster doesn’t work, windows don’t roll down (guess he cut some wires planning to make it into a no door )and I’ll need to re gear the front diff to 4:56 to match the rear before 4x4 can be used. I’m fairly mechanically inclined but I work long days. So we’ll see. Anyways I’m just learning how to use the forum.
glad to be here

Hi my name is Gary, I am looking for a square body blazer with "4-wheel" pop-up camper. I have an 85 blazer, lots of rust, so needing new square bodied rig. Will pay cash for complete unit; blazer with mounted pop-up or pop-up alone. I am in San Jose CA and can travel to view vehicle and self-transport or ship as needed...I am a previous owner of one of these rigs in 1985 and looking to re-buy or re-build so to keep these rigs on the road for my wife and I retirement.
