its been a while i guess ill start a build thread..

bump.

Just found this thread doing a search on crossmembers (in the middle of flatbelly install among other projects). Looking thru this thread I saw the bead lock ring on a 6 lug wheel and thought "ahh hells nahh"..............couldn't believe it was true and found that you installed a D60.
Care to comment on the air shocks now that you've run em? Looks like the front end could work some more (not knocking at all, just an observation).
Thanks for sharing, I love checking out others rigs out.

Aaron.

thanks for the comments man.the front is just some lift springs right now with some 6 inch shackles.it does ok for now but ill prolly swap in some 52s or 56s this summer.the air shacks have been great so far.i only score like a 700 on a 30 degree ramp but off road it does great.

on the planetary there is a samll flat bearing.the bering broke and got into the panaterys.we actually had to press the planatery off the output shaft to get it free.were putting another 208 under for may gultches ride.then a round 205 (already have) for harlan in june.then i dont have any other rides for a while so imma start saving up for a black box due to the simplisity

we give out awards at our events for like "best carnage" and ive pretty much donated enough broken parts for the award :D

not to many updates.this will go in sometime in the near future.32 spline round partern 205 with the 32 spline out puts.shift rails are ground and ill be in the process of doing a diy twin stick using stock 205 shifters.the face is redrilled and tapped because there is no clocking ring for a round 205.had to redrill to stay flat belly

also picked this up for it.all this stuff is super hard to find and can def. get pricey

Aren't the round pattern 205's the same 6 bolt pattern as 300's. I am pretty sure you can use a 300 clocking ring, not that it matters now since you already drilled the case

d300s are the same as 208s.the clocking ring has to be notched to clear the shift rails and you still cant get a flat belly.it was done on pirate.look at this pic.this is clocked all the way up with a 300 clocking ring

the best bet is to redrill and measure the thickness of the case and adapter .the bolts may interfere with the intermediate gear in the 205 so just get bolts that are the same size as the thickness of the adapter and case.keep in mind this is pretty flat but im totally flat belly.i almost had to be over clocked

clarkjw24 did all the work.i just watched :D

well i guess i will add a little update.

only 100 feet of this 1300 is mine but that will put me over 200 in my cage.im adding a 3rd seat and making my take on a tube front clip.

So did you sell the yellow truggy? Hope not cause that's one of my top 3 favorites:D

No he didn't. His plans are to buggy it more. Adding a third seat and getting rid of the front clip I believe.

i still have it,right now its getting the tires, dodge 52s,zero rate and the perches re-drilled.should be about 8 to 10 inches foward.also getting fully hydo.there isnt gonna be much body left.the roof is halfway cut off,im loosing the windshield and dash and i may narrow the front.hopefully it will get a doubler or something of that nature in the future behind the 465.

just want to much out of a gas motor.my trailer is gonna be 45 feet by the end of everything.

here is a new pic

after driving this thing,i should have gone this direction a long time ago.
