Cold wouldn't worry me terribly since this truck has a good heater and it's all sealed up. I have been hoping for a decent snow storm to play in anyway.

The front driveshaft is next.

Maybe I will be lucky and get it done before you get your front axle spring perches done.

Doubt it. Plus you can only wheel in summer, cuz AC

The wheels look really good on there. I like that color.
The color is the same paint that I used on the old wheels and also on the bumpers. It seem to fade some, and the bumpers got gray primer where both sets of wheels were black originally.
Ehh, it wasn't ever supposed to be a perfect show truck. :waytogo:

Had some free time this afternoon and @500$k5 showed up, so we went out and found a place to try out the new tires and wheels. Got to check some things and see how the tires work a little. Didn't bother to air down as we only had a little time, and we were less than a mile from pavement. We found a couple of things that need attention, but overall it's doing well!

Get any tire rubbin?

They look good on there
Thanks!

No serious tire clearance problems, but I want to look into tucking the one hydraulic line from the top side of the box a little bit. The 2" difference in backspacing made a big difference there.

And we didn't use the A/C today, but it was great to have plenty of heat available on the cab! Had it on low and the lever just past the middle most of the day!

:whistle2:

Maybe you should lose the AC pulley and run compressed air somewhere else...
