Nice score on the wheels notice any bottom end loss of power, with those bigger tires. Man that sucks about the repairs. On a side note I rolled ours on T Day weekend. 450°. No one hurt, except my pride, broke the S&B Sand separator housing, dr side rear view mirror, tore the top. No pictures No evidence :shame:

Haven't driven it since getting them. The carrier bearing makes a bunch of racket at anything above 5mph so can't tell.

Sorry about your roll. That's one of my biggest fears and the single reason I have not done anything exciting with this one yet until I can afford a proper cage.

Chit man those look a lot bigger than 3" difference. With 15" wheel you get 4" ? total

About that. Pretty substantial.

Now, to get that roll pin out of the front driveshaft so I can replace the carrier bearing.

Read on the rzr forums that a pneumatic palm nailer makes it way easier. So harbor freight got some money today and I’ve got the pin soaked in acetone//trans fluid. We’ll see tomorrow. I know a dozen whacks with a 5lb sledge and a brass punch did nothing.

4 drill bits, a sledge, and a pneumatic hammer in and it still won’t budge. I may end up having to pull the front diff just to get the pin out.

What a pain in the ass but was definitely the problem. Not only did it fall apart when I pulled it out, but the bearing on the shaft was completely seized.

Christmas was good this year. Zbroz helper springs, superatv sliders, emp gated shifter, rear mirrors with lights, a 30” light bar, and 2 pod lights. Got the sliders on today and mirrors mounted. Waiting on a fused relay box to arrive to wire those up. Going to knock the springs out tomorrow hopefully. IMG_1524.jpegIMG_1525.jpeg

Bring it. I’m still doing mild trails since the kids are with me and I don’t have a good cage and harnesses but it’s still fun. You can wheel a lot more trails in a day with these. The atv trails are pretty easy for the most part and I’ve done most of them on my Yamaha warrior but there’s a couple spots that are fun.

Yeah we did a lot of trails in Moab around the camping BLM. The family had a good time.

Yeah, wheel bearings in these things are the opposite of longevity.

Only 2100 miles. Got 4 new ones on the way. Tore that front hub off in prep and the ball joints need replacing as well. They’ve got maybe 200 miles on them and were brand new two years ago. BIL did say they were annual maintenance. Oh well.

Did get my EMP shifter installed after sitting around for 18 months and the extended grease line for the carrier bearing. Good lord willing I’ll get the winch done tomorrow.

I've head my rear wheel bearings go out in 1200 miles, and I rarely do mud. I do like dunes and jumps, and wooded trails.
