Just bought a 1980 blazer... few random questions

If you like to keep original things, Just Dashes in California can restore that dash for a price. Same with the door panels.

Thanks for the lead, but I just got a dash pad.. took 3 and a half months! And it came with a broken bezel so probably be around 4 months until it's all said and done.

The side shot in the first post shows the edge of the headlamp bezel - only the square light bezels are that thick, the round light bezels are only about 1/2" thick at the side.

I converted my old '80 K10 from round to square, very distinctive look. I've always liked the square lights better. IMO, they fit the trucks better because it's shaped like a brick, there's nothing round about the 73-87(91) trucks. You've never heard of anyone refer to this series of truck as a "round body".

Nobody, except GM... the 73-87/91 was actually called the "rounded line".

Nice looking rig, usable carpet and everything. I finally got the Jimmy back on the road again after bringing it back from the dead. Are those original seats? Mine were pretty rough when we got it 15 years ago and only got worse with our great California roads. Thought I saw rear sliding windows on your rig too that I would love to get my hands on.
