Leaking/smoking radiator

If the fans are seized they could pull a ton of amperage and melt the wiring. Lets see what's inside that fuse holder at the battery. Usually a big green 30A fuse or possibly bigger if both fans are wired together.
Fans came with the radiador... it has never smoked until today and today is the first time the fans have not cone on.

Fans are not seized I can move them manually.

If it's just steam, I will plug the fans back in and let the truck get hot to make sure of the temp and fans not working.

It can get to what, 200 degrees and be fine, right?

yeah 200-215 is ok, don't let it stay there to long. I am thinking your fan power might be a tad undersized and has to many butt connectors. That maybe just my ocd.

Anything else electrical in that corner ?

I have dual fans with dual relays/fuses. Mine are each fused with a separate 30A fuse and the fans are set to come on 10 degrees apart to not overload anything. Good electric fans pull a lot of amperage.

Nah... the fans are it
Do you have a voltmeter, test light, jumper wire?
volt meter, yes

Need to figure out where the wires are going.
Red wire at the relay plug should have 12V with the fuse in, 0V with the fuse out.
Follow that Yellow wire and see if its directly wired to the fans.

Ok... I'll do it tomorrow.

That fuse is shot though isn't it? Looks fried..

Yes... I noticed that as well. I think the radiator is shot and the fuse is blow. I'll go get a new 30min fuse tomorrow and start looking at radiators.
Get a new relay and pigtail too.

I'll need your help hahahahaha..

I'm after what, 3 or 4 core radiator? I think this one was a 3 core radiator.

See didn't you guys miss these marathon threads? Hahahaha

Yeah it will, try and find some that isn't copper clad aluminum. Pure copper multi strand is what works best.
Now that you linked that, I'm not sure the az stuff is pure
