Leaking/smoking radiator

Pulled the black wire connector out and the black wire from the fan was only connected by threads.

The other black wire with the copper inside goes to ground as it's connected to the fire wall..

What is funny is this: There's an open terminal on the post clamp but they chose to make a shit connection two inches away with a butt connector. Cut that mess out and run each to their own hole on the batt clamp.

They’re both grounds no need to go to battery in the first place.

What radiator bushing things do I order for this hold down? I ordered regular radiator bushing but they don't seem correct for this thing

i don't believe you need tha welded mickey mouse thing, grind it off and try the poly agian

It seems this U thug was welded on as you can see the newish paint. The "stock" place for bushings is there. I'll see if this stock area can match the radiator.

What was on those welded pieces for support bushing was cut open hose

You better pull a tape on that Champion radiator. They are usually short.

Do/should I need to make a pilot hole for these screws to attach the fan to the radiator?

Well, they're called "self-drilling, self-tapping", but it does go a lot faster with a small pilot hole.

Yeah... I wasn't sure if the radiator was too hard or something.. pilot hole wont hurt.

Fans are installed.
Now, This temp sensor for the fans is just jabbed into the radiator? That's how is was on the old one. Is there a depth it needs be?

When putting the new relay thing on just match it to the old one? With that said the new one has no green..

You want to match up the terminal positions, not the wire colors. It's good you have the relay, I don't think those little electro-mechanical thermal switches are very reliable switching the fans directly. I would say just get the probe in as far as you can and make sure it will maintain good contact. I much prefer fans controlled by ECU, but I did have a setup with a switch like yours for a short while and it worked OK.

Ok I think I'm getting ok here. I hate wiring. It freaks me out. I'm trying to copy what was and by what @Blue85 says..
I joined red to the red, blue to fire wall and yellow to fan temp thingy

I see the green connected to the red goes to relay to fire wall. Should that be the White one on the new on?

White to red that goes to relay at firewall?

Then black wire on back of the fan went to the battery terminal.

So the black wire on the relay box thing just stays open, connected to nothing?

I've never wired anything before. So hahaha please be patient.

is very hard to say which is which since it is custom. Look at the relay it will have numbered terminals 85 and 86, are the control side of the relay ground and power, either can be the signal. 30 is power to the load, ei fused from the battery 87 will be to the load in this case the fan. match the terminals to the socket and wire accordingly
