They do make return to center steering valves for hydraulic steering... You need to find a 'Load reactive' type. Like this one. But there are LOTS to choose from

Fox shocks may be a JKS or BDS lift kit. JKS is better, but BDS isn't bad. Take pictures of the springs
Just going to get sone replacement brackets and weld them back on? My buddy did that with a one generation older Wrangler he towed in.

I just saw somewhere the other day that some one makes billet control arm mounts to weld to the axle that have a uniball I think. Might be overkill for this.I think so, and probably add some gussets and a truss to it. I think my dad wants to keep it for him. The thing is in great shape other than the axle.
