Converting my M1008 from 6.2 Diesel to LQ9 power
Thanks, I totally forgot to look in tbe TM's.
I got the heater controls fixed and everything works as it should. I also installed a newish dash pad from a brown chevy. I think it looks good.
Pressure washed the truck today. Man it needed it. 
Any tips to painting a truck outside? 
Wash the pollen off??

In the army, it was common to use a roller to change colors. Often, without any making tape.
That how it was when I got it, it had been sprayed but the back window glass was tan
Well I checked my fuel lines on the firewall and one was a little to close to the exhaust so i used some self tappers and a few clamps I secured my fuel lines better than they used to be so that's one thing off the list. I want to try to get my spartan locker (dana 60 lube locker ordered) and shifter installed asap.
How do I get my tach to work? I grounded it, the wire from the harness that says tach is connected to the white wire off the tach, back is grounded and red is connected to a 12v ignition source on the fuse block and it won't move. What am I doing wrong?
Green is tach signal wire , white is backlight on gauge

Worked on getting the shift console installed. The base is mounted to the transmission tunnel and ill get the shifters mounted and cables run.
Also looking under the truck I noticed all the motor mounts bolts were missing their nuts. So time for a bolt check all around.

You know it's amazing how much better your truck drives when you have all your motor mount bolts, I was missing 5.
Sounds like my truck, those ones to the frame always come loose.

Tach and some interior pieces installed. That removes something from my Moab to do list! Woo
