I would like to know moreYou can get a picoscope to work with your laptop pretty cheap to diagnose signaling issues, etc.
Will this help me figure out my Vss issue?PicoScope 2000 Series USB oscilloscopes up to 100 MHz and 1 GS/s
A range of portable USB oscilloscopes that don't compromise on features. Up to 100 MHz bandwidth and 1 GS/s with 2 or 4 channels, a signal generator and optional MSO.www.picotech.com
I have one, was not to expensive, and fast enough for most automotive stuff. I don't use it often, but when I do, it works very well and quite intuitive.
Basically a bare bones quality 2 channel oscilloscope
I've also used it to measure cycle times of relays since it is 2 channel. You can monitor the input and output at the same time.
But its not 8 or 20 channel like I used to use for diagnosing all coils and cam and crank sensors at the same time. But those cost $20K and we owned by Chrysler.
This was maybe $120 with 2 wires or something.
I understand what lean is but I don't know enough about hp tuners to fix it.More than a little lean. But data logging is a good thing
Yea we can now drive and the 4l80 shifts great. Been working with my tuner to get it tuned properly.Thats a party list for sure
Any luck on the vss side of things?
I was in the garage and just saw, my spares and said I need to grab one. And my spare EP381 fuel pump.Add an oil filter, it’s cheap insurance and doesn’t take up much room. The bb year of oil filters I just keep one just in case.
Am I the only one who saw that and thought “I need one of whatever that is.”I'm going to hit up the powder coating place near me and see if they can powder coat my shock mounts like the wheels in this picture.View attachment 495176
