M1009 Standard Shift Build(The Greatest Adventure)

You can see in the daytime it's more lifted in the front. I want to put a winch on eventually which hopefully will make a difference. The truck also leans to the right. It pulls a little right as well. I haven't changed the alignment any from how it was before. It's just nice to be able to move it around again though.

Thanks, yea I don't know what I'm going to do to even it out yet. I actually prefer the nose down look. I am going to get a winch on before I make any suspension changes.

If I do easy inches in the rear, I have to buy all new ubolts again. I may need a two inch block. I didn't really want 6 inches of lift on 33s though. Also Both of these things might put me in need of a lengthened driveshaft if I don't or do the sye.

From what I have looked into I think with the 208 it doesn't matter that the splines are different, but I need to read more. Any luck with ram chargers at the junk yard?

No luck on Ramchargers yet, I hit one of the big (and cheap$$) yards yesterday on my way home but struck out on everything.
On the 208, I will know on tuesday for sure, but I think I may be able to offer it as a complete 32spline unit. I traded a buddy a spare 27 spline 208 I had and never picked up the the 32 spline unit he swapped out (he went from a 400 to a 700 trans). As long as he still has it, if your interested I can put that one together with my back half and it would be a bolt in swap for you.

Installed my temporary bump stops/limiting straps/shocks today. The truck now rides really well. Still a little pull to the right, but very comfortable to drive.ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21368497132.664162.jpg

Measure your toe. I think it should be set pretty much straight on, but some guys find that running 1/8" toe-in makes these trucks track straighter.
