M1009 Standard Shift Build(The Greatest Adventure)

I had cupping issues a while back on the front tires....I rotated them to the back and the wear evened out. Same time, did some research that it could have been, and ended up being the problem, but it was the result of the front shocks getting weak and wasnt controlling the everyday road rebound correctly, ie, bumps, pot holes, uneven road conditions. Changed the shocks and havent had an issue since.

M1009 Standard Shift Build(drove my slow a$$ truck to colorado)

:rolleyes: As long as it's down hill :whistle:

Not even :doah:

I can hit 2400 rpms or 58 on the speedo? Anyone want to do math?

Ok put more air in and found a bigger hill! 2550!

That got a little shakey :whistle:

Weren't you telling me, at Glenn's, those tires shook on the highway?

Didn't I tell you those tires suck? :whistle:

I had those SS Truxxus that I could NOT get to balance no matter what I tried. The GY 33s I had on the S10 and the current BFG 35s on the K5 run smooth as glass upwards of 80+. Get whatever life you can out of them and when it's time to replace, buy a good QUALITY set of tires and maybe you can keep up with me on the Pike.... probably not. :haha:

I had to seriously push my truck to keep up with you on the highway. :screwy:
But not that I couldn't,
Our average speed was 85, OD must be nice... :doah:

Ok, I'm sitting in jersey and I found an online speed calculator.

2400 = 76.5
2550 = 81.3

Who wants to race now!

Jeez I was just in Jersey on Wednesday. I guess he just can't get enough...

This is a still shot from the video when we were driving out of the creek.

Thanks! :waytogo:

I haven't been able to find weld on spring perches for the 14 bolt semi float. DIY has them for the FF. I don't know who else makes this stuff.
