M1028- [under new management]

Making chips! I wanted to chuck it up in the accu-rite and just interpolate the circle and be done with it, but alas the machine was occupied. So I bored it :/

Is there a reason you are putting the joint on the crossmeber end of the shackle as opposed to the traction bar end?

Won't that make it flop around too much? Seems like it would be less effective.

I don't see why it would. it will always be loaded in tension, and it will just be more free to move around laterally with the axle since it steers and such as it flexes about.

Idk though I've never actually made a traction bar yet and seen what could have been better or worse.. I'm just going off of theory here lol

let me know. just gotta grab one of Chris's extra wheel spacers since that's how I chuck them into the lathe. you just want a couple centers cut out?

That trac bar is going to be legit!

Yes just need the 2 front centers punched out to go around the 60 hubs

Thanks! that will be easy enough.

*shakes magic 8-ball*

All signs point to no.
