Well, depending on your gear ratio, the 4500 would be a better bet for an engine that makes more power down low.
With the 465/3.42's/33's I turn about 2500RPM at 65MPH, which is higher than it needs to be. Since honestly, with the way I use the truck, (and the 465's low gear) I could get away with 3.08's or 3.23's, or just switch to the 4500 and get OD...just no need for me to be turning that many RPM's on the freeway.
