hmmm, thought I just came up with the idea of a full expanded steel grill..
hadn't seen yours... i've got some downstairs..
it's like 9 - 1 1/2" or something, 9 gauge, with diamond openings 1 1/2" across the opening..
bigger holes than yours... I'm gonna rap it in 5/16's roundrod... gonna do it in black, offset the copper..
I dig your Bowtie and aux lights in there..

For one thing it's flat, so it looks different from normal paint finishes. Mine covered well because it was going over yellow. It sure looks a hell of a lot better than the mismatched paint patching I had before. I've seen some rattle can paint jobs that surprised me in the past.
