My 1996 SAS Suburban is back!

1996 silver Suburban
I wish I never got rid of my 12 valve rotary pump '92 F350. Great setup just loud and I needed money at the time.
We all let go of vehicles when we need the money.
To me it's what they are all for.
I use while they are here, and I always have back up vehicles but if I need money they go bye bye.
There is always another vehicle I want

That’s wild. My ‘00 crew cab has never left me stranded. I must have gotten lucky with a good one.
My 94 truck also was fine, I actually sold the engine to someone for $1800.
I guess if they were previously abused and you buy it not knowing it will be unreliable

When I had it running it’s best with the 6.5, it would accelerate like mad. Even on 37” tires. But if attached anything to the back of it, the rig was gutless. Never understood that. And the electric pump would make you loose your sanity trying to keep it running.
So are you sticking with 37" tires or going bigger?
With the Cummins you can afford to keep taller gearing, actually you probably want to, so you don't have to rev the engine too much on the highway.
I would go 4.56
