I figured it out. I let someone borrow it and they put tranny fluid in the res instead of hydro fluid. The tranny fluid will bubble and foam making it over flow.

that is one helluva cell phone camera you have there. Mine takes crap pictures. That trailer looks great. Nice welding.
 
All the welding is done and it is now sitting in a piant booth.
I will pick it up after work tomorrow and finish wireing it then put the floor in it then its finally done!!!

As far as money..... I get everthing at cost... under $1500... with all the biggest baddest parts...

As far as labor.... about 25-35 hours
It was all worth it .. its bult to where i now it will hold up and suit all of my needs...
 
Got it all primed with industrial strength primer. I also finished all of the wireing. I will post better pics tomorrow, Its time for bed....

did you do anything to weather proof the wiring?
i saw the uber cheap crimps in one of the pictures, if it were me, i would have used the weather proof ones.
 
could you be so kinda as to post up a bill of material on this thing? It's the perfect trailer size. also tongue to axle placement measurements too.
