hopefully its the correct thing. Think im looking for a 1330? or does it matter? Seems like it to me!

Thanks for the help!!

The yoke should be a 32 spline. In other words, when you take it off, the shaft it slides on should have 32 ridges. Sometimes changes are made on transfer cases for various reasons, but this is fairly standard.
If you are concerned, just take off that big nut in the center, slide the yoke off and count the splines.

However, they make different size U-joints and you have to have the right yoke for the joint.

Different makers use different numbers, but Spicer is so old, and so common that most folks just refer to the sized by their Spicer numbers.
1310,1330,1350,1410, etc. The bigger the number the bigger and stronger the joint.

There are two things to consider here. First, of course, we need to make sure which joint you have so you get the right yoke.

But, there is one more thing to consider here. You are replacing the yoke on the T-case, the cross (u-joint), and the yoke on the drive shaft is iffy.

If the splines on the drive shaft are not too worn, you can get a new one for it and that gives you the option of upgrading that whole joint.
If you have a 1330, its not too shabby, but a 1350 would be better.

We need to know which joint you have now for sure, and for that you need to measure what you have.
I'm sure that there is a chart somewhere here, but if it will upload, this one will give you the sizes, maximize it and the numbers should line up.
If it does not work, or you can't read it, let me know, and I will just type them out.

Hopefully someone here has looked at the shaft picture and can recommend what to do.
Also, a 1330 joint is fine for what you have now. But we need to make sure that is what you have.
J.

Correct me if wrong, but....

if the Transfer case is stock, no part time conversion kits, with there isnt. Means its a stock 203. mean the size should be a 1310. that is the size of U-Joints i put in the drive shaft and axle.

there for im guessing the yoke size is a 203.

unless its the old trick like my moms car. the joints are 1310's and the craddles inthe yokes are 1330 so that the U-joint "FITS" in the craddle. I'm guessing this isn't the story here cause I have an american made Truck instead of a Jappenese Wagon. LOL

Lets not forget that not only does it need to be 32 spline but the distance from the splined end of the Yoke to the "seat" for the nut must match also.

Got a hold of Jesse. Didn't have any of mine in stock but could order them for okayy priced...

this is the cheapest okay deali could find if anyone else knows a cheaper siteplease let me know, gonna hold of for ordering until later tonight.

Thanks

The Yoke you linked to IS NOT the correct one. That is for a CV joint (Constant Velosity joint style shaft or the proper name of double cardan joint).

I highly recommend you buy the correct Yoke from Jesse.

I probably will buy from him anyways but what the "PROPER" name for the one that I need?

You need an NP203 rear output Yoke. You will need to know what series of U-joint it is for. Ask Jesse to guide you through a measuring process so you get the right part. He also sells the slip Yoke for the driveshaft that mates to the other caps on that same U-joint and someone else has already said since you need to buy a new Yoke that it might make sense to upgrade to a larger size (1350 series) which would mean buying the proper slip Yoke for the driveshaft at the same time.

You need to find a local driveshaft store. I would imagine you have one, just look in the yellow pages under driveline or driveshaft.

They will have a catalog with everything in there you can look and compare and make sure its right.

Your truck is a bit of a conglomeration of parts so being able to do this is a great deal of help.

Let me look around I may just have a yoke for you not sure if I have any 203s kicking around.
