New PitBull Tires Introduced

Re: NEUROC/PARAGON CRAWL

No dealer in NC yet. Working on it. In the meantime you can contact Ok4wd.com

Re: NEUROC/PARAGON CRAWL

Our dealer in NJ has been testing the Maddog M/T for about three months now. They should have some answers for you. Ask for Jim at OkAuto&4WD 908-454-6973 But he's not going to be there until next Monday...it's SEMA week in Vegas.

Re: NEUROC/PARAGON CRAWL

I just sent you an email for some Dealer info. I'd like to see some 46"-50" tires as well.. the 38" TSL radials I have now are needing to be upsized....

i like the wide array of rim sizes available. makes it easier than swapping between tires just because of rims.

Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

Placed order with OK4wd for a set of the 35x14.5x15 Rocker's and will have them on 11/24. I paid $935.42 for the set Shipped. I also saw them on TYRES1.COM for a buck more per tire. OK4wd is running a special on them right now and have them in stock. I'll keep you updated once i receive them and had time to play with them. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif There replacing a set of 15x39.5x15 TSL/SX Swampers. I use my rig daily and play on the WeekEnds. The Look alone sold me. Look forward to the 39.5's when they come out. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

Correction /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif they are 38.5x14.50-15. Sorry for the type-o. The reason for down sizing is simple, /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif GAS MILAGE! As I mentioned, I use my /forums/images/graemlins/crewcab.gif daily and play on the W/E so I’m trying to find a happy medium between work and fun. With that said, I would like to say that FEDEX Sux’s! /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif They loaded my tires @6:24 AM yesterday morning and have still not attempted to deliver my tires! Gonna go call and bitch about it to someone else that doesn’t care now! /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

FYI...we're going to be at the Off Road Industry show in Vegas - January 20-22nd. We'll also be at the Midwest Truckers show in Peoria, IL February 3-5. And we're going to do our best to get out to Moab.

I'm thinking about doing a 42x15.50-16, 16.5, 17, 18, 20 in the Rocker design. Any thoughts?

My thoughts are Increase the tread depth on the 42's to that equal to or deeper than interco TSL (27/32), with a similar price, and You'll do very well.

The argument with tread depth on tires these sizes is that all of us who run tires that big are for the most part, very serious off road junkies. Since you advertise the rocker as your "top end" tire, don't cater for a second to the poser/mall rig/show truck crowd. If you need to adress lateral stability, add some wear bars.

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

A 42" would be great! I plan to add an addtional 6" of lift to the 10” currently in the later part of next year and that would allow me to add 42" meats to my /forums/images/graemlins/crewcab.gif Additional note: I received the 35" Rockers and have had then installed onto 15"x12" M/T CLASSIC LOCK Wheels and /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif WOW, what a great look. I was a little leery about down sizing from the 38.5” but after riding 120 miles out to my friends house I realize it was the right move. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif The Rocker is by far the "BEST" tire I’ve had the honor to ride on. There street behavior is superb and the Hummm is a lower pitch then that of the TSL/SX and half the volume. I can’t thank you enough for making a tire that rides as good as a AT but performs to levels no other tires i've used has. I hooked up to my friends Chevy on 36” Boggers and pulled his azz all over the pit! I use to get my azz pulled around the pit like a rag doll but now, the PitBull is biting back! I give the Rockers 10 Stars! /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

I appreciate the positive feedback. And you have described exactly what we set out to do...creat the ultimate off-road traction tire for the most extreme off-road circumstances...while also creating a tire that will ride well on the road. I haven't been pushing this in our marketing because I believe that the more people begin using our tires...the word will spread on its own. But I truly appreciate someone else coming forth to acknowledge our accomplishment. There's more to our tires than just looks.
The goal was to creat a tire that rides like an A/T, but kicks ass even in the most extreme off-roading conditions. The fact that you acknowledge that our tire rides well and doesn't hum like similar tires in its class affirms all of the testing that we have done around the country. We have a bad ass tire and I'm damn proud to say it.

Thanks,
PB

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

/forums/images/graemlins/deal.gifGot more info! Today when I arrived at the Pit I play at, My /forums/images/graemlins/crewcab.gif was getting more looks/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gifthan Brittney Spears at a wet tee shirt contest!/forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gifLOL, Well not that much but close. Being the only one on in town (maybe even the state of FL) to have the Rockers installed,/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifI was getting question like “Are they cut Boggers?” “Has Interco come out with a new tire?” but after taking to the Pit and Pull Off, “Where can I get a set?” Man it is so cool to have a tire that everyone wanted to have! These tires clean very well in the mud and bite hard, dirty or clean. My 360ci Dodge Ram doesn’t have a ton of power which killed me with the Boggers and TSL/SX tires. I had a hard time keep them turning fast enough to keep them clean out. The Rockers doesn’t seem to take much power to stay cleaned out. My friend “Chevy, Boggers” wanted some more of the Ram in tug-o-war today. Again, dirty tires and all, Pulled him 20’ across the pad and down into the Mud where his/forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.giftransfer case broke…/forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif Bet he’ll think twice before asking again! Man I can go on and on about these tires, your just gonna have to get a set and try them yourself. You’ll be happy you did. Interco move over, there’s a new Dawg in town. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

I'll second 42's in a 15" rim size.

Where did your "freind" get 36" boggers? Or is this just another "mistake" on the sizes. Got any pics of the tires mounted on your truck?

Im gonna agree with others, if you want this to be a serious off road tire, offer more in a 15" rim and bump the tread depth up on the bigger tires.

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

15 inch as well...not a problem.

Well everyone, they've decided they don't want my business. Not sure what to tell you about that, but in so many words after doing all I could to get a response from these people, this is the answer I was given.

Tim,

Take this however you want, but judging by your attitude in this thread towards them, I wouldn't want your business either. You came off as an ass. Not saying you are or are not a good shop, but frankly, I wouldn't want you carrying my stuff either. Posting that in this thread also didn't do much too help. A new thread, or one in your threads you've already started IMO would have been much better served. They have paid the money, and your attempt at making them look bad in their thread is piss poor business. This isn't your thread...

Just my $0.02 FWIW.

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

They have every right to choose who they want to represent them, I know some of the major suspension companies require a 50,000.00 buy in etc., some require a pysical shop. Bottom line is that it is to easy for anyone to get a business liscence and sell things on the Internet and Vendors have every right to protect themselves as well as their other resellers. Plus, how they choose their resellers has nothing to do with their products so lets try to keep that stuff out of these posts, thank you.

Re: Pit Bull Rocker™ Extreme Off Road Tires

Yea, I have pic's. Email me @ [email protected] and i'll send you some. Please referance PIT BULL ROCKER in the header. As for the 36" Bogger, yes they are actually 37". /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif
