NON Chevy’s in the Wild

:haha: took me a minute to see on my tiny little phone screen. Couldn't figure out what you guys were on about.

I think it's really cool if the owner is an arborist or in lumber/woodworking industry.

This ole early Bronco reminds me of a buddy of mines mustard yellow 1971 back in the early 90’s that we put a NP-435 ,with a modified FOMOCO 3-spd to Dana20 adapter ( that left the T-case in it’s original position ), in it - it was pretty slick!
At the same time we put a set of 5.38’s and a T/L ( that I shimmed up extra tight ) in the Dana44 and a set of 5.43’s with a mini-spool in the 9” ( ended up snapping the cross pin and replaced with a four-pinion T/L ).
Going from open diffs with 3.54’s and a 3-spd to a granny-gear and a posi type diffs with a 5+ gear on the following off-road trip was an amazing difference.
Only had a 2Bbl 302 in it but it was fun!
