I'm seeing that, good call.I would only run vacuum advance on full manifold vacuum. Ported vacuum was any emissions bandaid.
Can you relocate the ECM inside the truck, or is it the heat soak on the throttle body that is causing issues?

Ah that makes much more sense.it's a small fuel tank with a high pressure fuel pump inside which is fed by the old mechanical fuel pumps that many older vehicles had. Some people are using these so they can avoid upgrading the fuel tank, pump, fuel lines etc.
Will it fit in between the grill and core support?
Yeah way too big.Maybe without AC. IIRC it's a little over 6" round
I don't think that I would want a small tank of gas out in front to get blasted in an accident.
