13 mpg sounds decent. I have a 1990 with a damn TH400 where a TH700R4 should be, and it only gets 10.

I thought these trucks are more like a sculpted brick! ?? I was just thinking that is a shock compared to Lawrence's '93. Glad the trip is going well!!
