Old City Park legal issues

I go back and forth on this in our town. We're pretty lax and for the most part allow people to drive around town on side by sides and golf carts. Then you see people letting young kids drive around or the guys flying down the streets thru intersections literally racing each other at top speed and I want to start cracking down on it. I keep telling myself I like having those freedoms in our town but then you have to have the jerks that take it too far and will likely cause everyone to lose the privilege.

That kind of stuff is all about enforcement. It wouldn't be acceptable in any vehicle.

As far as trail etiquette, it's systemic. Population in general are ego-driven. self-important, ignorant assholes.

I agree Mark. Belligerent drunks don't belong, but enjoying a few cold beers at the bbq would be nice to do again.

Yep. As a whole, this group has very few issues. We’ll continue to follow the posted rules, and police ourselves. I’m sure if some of the newer guests need some advising, it will be addressed as needed

Interesting on the rule change though

Any word on burnouts?

What's funny is that's what I was thinking about after reading it is allowed now.
