Good to use on the rear of the spring as a cheep shackle flip but too short for the front. No?
Or am I missing something?

Wheelbase currently sits at 135.5". That's with the 56" springs on the rear with the 30" side of the spring towards the front of the truck.
I took a few rough measurements using the new location of the spring hangers with the 60" springs and came up with a rough number of the center pin being moved forward 8.75".
So the wheelbase should end up around 126.75".
My driveshaft may need to be shortened just a hair when I do this.

I'm losing 1.5" to 2" at the front spring eye by using the shorter hangers. I'm not sure how much that will affect the lift since it is only on 1 end. I'm guessing .75" to 1" maybe. For sure! But...the hanger will take some of your lift away.
Thanks. Everything is just based on measurements. I'm sure something will pop up when I start bolting this junk together...Sweet! Sounds like you got a good plan happening then.
Great progress BTW.
You can renove that spare tire crossmember. I wouldn't mount the lights there...
Why modify those pretty shackle brackets when you don't have too?
