You cannt be serious?!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAN this Mofo. Either way kidding or not how could you have the ballz to even do such a thing to a guy who is fighting for our Country as we speak? I would have no problem air dropping your ass over Afghanistan this very minute and see just how long you last. You want a **** storm well you got it dick weed.

Ok so I going to presume that he is kidding and not address the post.

However back to my post I thought that they stopped doing straight axle dually's in 1988, 89's went to IFS. The only one to keep the straight axle was the SRW till 91 and only year it had the 4l80E was 91 that is why they are so rare they were the only ones to have it.

Post proof as in dealership stuff or some thing not just E-bay pics cuz i can't find anything.

In 88 1/2 and 3/4 tons went to IFS. 1 tons were still the old (square) body style and chassis (solid axle). Except for the Blazer and Burb which remained unchanged through 91 and going to IFS and new body style in 92.

I don't know if he'll post up any time soon, 35 posts since 2006.

I hate people who do this. :surepal: First you back your own theory with "I thought" and then demand others must disprove you without a doubt using tangible evidence. I don't have any proof sitting on my desk at work to post but it's a 4 door / cab & chassis vs new body style thing. The "K" vs "V" series info has been posted here tons so a search will prove a '91 "V" series dually was available.

Edit: proof = http://brochures.slosh.com/index.shtml?1991

Enjoy life as you know it right now because once one of the brothers here finds you (trust me, IT WILL happen) you will be lucky to walk again. The truck won't do you any good either since you will no longer be able to drive. Did I mention you will now have to ALWAYS look over your shoulder to make sure you don't get an ASS pounding. :angry1::angry1::angry1::angry1::angry1:

If you ever end up in my neck of the woods and we meet up I hate to say what your fate will be. Joe is a friend of mine and a good guy serving our country for mine AND your freedom. What a focking douche bag you are.

In 88 the square body style became R-2WD V-4WD and the new body style took the C and K designation.

Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it never existed.

Beginning in '88 GM produced the new body style vehicle under the old "C" / "K" designation.

Also in '88 GM continued to produce the square body trucks as Blazers, Subs, crew cabs and cab & chassis trucks under the "R" / "V" series designation.

Any "V" series crew cab or cab & chassis produced from 88-91 was available in 2wd or 4wd (using a leaf sprung D60)

A 4 door, 1 ton, new body style, ifs truck was not produced until '92 (similar to new body style Blazers & Subs).

The change up of using the "C"/"K" vs "R"/"V" designations started in '87 but that's a different story.
